About these terms
These terms apply to your use of alikkonovalenko.com (the "site"), operated by Energize Builders Inc., a California corporation, at 3311 S La Cienega Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90016. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Information, not advice
Everything on the site is general information about building and about the ideas in Alik Konovalenko's work and forthcoming book. It is not engineering, architectural, legal, financial or medical advice, and it is not a substitute for advice about your own property, project or health from a qualified professional who knows your situation.
When the site talks about wellness, it describes how homes can be built and what people are exposed to inside them. A home can reduce some exposures, but no building can promise a health outcome, and nothing on the site is meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Speak to a doctor about your health.
No offer, no contract
Nothing on the site is an offer to build, a quote, an estimate or a promise of any price, schedule or result. Sending a message through the site does not create a client relationship or a contract. Construction work is agreed only in a written contract signed by you and Energize Builders Inc..
Who performs construction work
Construction services are offered and performed only by Energize Builders Inc., California CSLB Lic. #1112649 (B, General Building). Alik Konovalenko is the founder and chief executive of Energize Builders Inc.; references to "I", "we" or "my team" in connection with construction mean the company.
Images and examples
The portrait on the site is a photograph of Alik Konovalenko; only its background has been replaced. The background film is computer-generated, illustrative atmosphere and does not show a specific project, product or result. Any description of past work does not guarantee the result of a future project.
Using the site
You may read, share and link to the site. You agree not to misuse it: for example, not to send spam or harmful code through the contact form, not to try to break or overload the site or its security, not to scrape it in a way that harms it, and not to impersonate anyone.
Content and trademarks
The text, images, design and other content on the site belong to Energize Builders Inc. or Alik Konovalenko, or are used with permission. You may quote short passages with credit and a link. The short biography may be copied as written for introductions and press. Any other copying or reuse needs our written permission. "Energize Builders" and related names and logos are our marks.
